Clients come to me when things are getting hard…or have been for awhile,

A cozy corner with a framed mountain landscape photo hanging on the wall, a lamp with multiple shades, a large pampas grass plant, a beige armchair with a dark cushion, a wooden table with decorative items and framed pictures underneath, and some notebooks on top.

and they’re ready to find the way back to themselves.

My Therapy Specialties

  • Trauma Doesn’t Look the Same for Everyone

Trauma is deeply personal, and there is no “one size fits all” experience. People respond to trauma in many different ways, and symptoms can vary widely. Some common ways trauma may show up include: Emotional responses, behavioral changes, physical symptoms, cognitive challenges, and relational difficulties.

Some people may show outward signs, while others may seem fine on the surface but feel distressed internally. Recognizing trauma means honoring your unique experience—no two journeys look exactly alike.

  • There’s No Right Way to Grieve

Grief is a deeply personal and unique experience—there’s no “right” or “wrong” way to grieve. Everyone processes loss differently, and your feelings, reactions, and timeline are valid. Whether your grief feels quiet or overwhelming, sudden or slow, know that your experience is honored.

In therapy, we create a compassionate space where you can explore your grief at your own pace, find support, and discover ways to live with loss while moving toward healing.

  • SE offers a gentle, respectful way to address trauma. Instead of reliving or re-enacting traumatic events, SE helps you develop awareness of your body and supports your nervous system in regulating its responses to triggers.

Each session is tailored to your present state of being and guided by your bodily sensations and nervous system activity. This makes SE a personal and empowering journey of healing, led by your own innate wisdom rather than someone doing the healing for you.

    • Uses eye positions (“brainspots”) to access deep areas in the brain where trauma is stored.

    • The therapist guides your eye focus while you attend to bodily sensations and emotions linked to trauma.

    • This method helps process trauma at a subconscious level by connecting eye positions to emotional experiences, facilitating natural healing.
