About Me

As a trauma specialist, I understand the experience of both children and adults who keep it going while falling apart inside. My work is deeply informed by my own healing journey, where somatic therapy played a crucial role. I know firsthand what it means to intellectually understand patterns of trauma while the body still carries anxiety and tension.

I hold space for curiosity and an open mind in therapy, knowing that exploration and self-compassion are essential components of healing. Though not all of my clients may see themselves in my story, I have walked many similar paths and continuously expand my knowledge to meet the evolving needs of our ever-changing society.

I personally carry a rooted belief of “not being good enough” and hold the awareness of wounded parts from my past. This authenticity shapes my practice and fuels my commitment to guiding others toward healing. My approach centers on helping clients access a felt sense of relief, clarity, and the freedom that comes from no longer carrying the weight of past trauma.

My Specialities

I am a provisionally licensed mental health practitioner and certified social worker practicing for over 6 years.

Specializing in Trauma and Healing

I support individuals as they navigate anxiety, depression, and attachment patterns. My work deeply honors the felt sense—acknowledging what is experienced in the body, including what may be hidden or not yet fully felt. I have a particular focus on women’s issues and supporting survivors of horrific experiences, whether firsthand or witnessed.

I guide clients in breaking free from survival mindsets, facilitating emotional shifts that enable the release of stored distress from past events. This process opens space for healing and reclaiming a fuller sense of balance and well-being.

I work with individuals from all walks of life. Many of my clients carry long-held beliefs of “not being good enough” or have histories they have never shared before. Whether you are experiencing professional burnout, trapped in maladaptive patterns or relationships, or have spent years simply surviving, my approach is compassionate, validating, and tailored to your unique journey.

As a Somatic Experiencing and Brainspotting therapist, my approach empowers you to reconnect with yourself and build resilience.

I utilize a variety of evidence-based techniques to deepen our understanding of how your past and present experiences are interconnected.

I specialize in Internal Family Systems, Ego State Therapy, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and Brainspotting. These interactive therapies support the reprocessing of distressing experiences and help retrain emotional responses. What its like to have a session

When we meet, you can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where your whole experience is honored—body, mind, and spirit. I bring warmth, presence, and an open curiosity to each session, supporting you to gently explore and shift the patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we will move toward greater clarity, emotional freedom, and a felt sense of healing beyond survival.

About Me

I am a lifelong Nebraskan, born and raised in the Northeast region of Nebraska. Growing up on a farm, I developed a deep and enduring connection to agriculture and rural life—an influence that continues to enrich both my personal and professional life. I currently live with my partner, Cody, and our two very young sons on our family farm. Our home is shared with a variety of therapeutic animals, including miniature horses, cats, dogs, and ducks, all of which help create the peaceful and nurturing environment I deeply cherish.
